1. Introduction Welcome to Requesty Ltd("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our refund request assistance services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description We specialize in providing professional assistance in requesting refunds from British Airways for flight cancellations or delays. Our Service includes liaising with British Airways on your behalf to facilitate the refund process.

3. Eligibility and Registration

  • To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

4. Payment Terms

  • We operate on a contingent fee basis. Our fee is chargeable only upon confirmation from British Airways that a refund will be processed and transferred to the bank account already on file for your booking.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

  • We exert our best efforts to assist you but do not guarantee the outcome of any refund request.
  • Refund decisions, including approval and amount, rest solely with British Airways.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your flight and personal details necessary for processing the refund request.
  • You agree to cooperate fully with us and provide any additional information that may be required.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability to you is limited to the total amount of fees you have paid to us under these Terms.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Service, including any software, documentation, and content provided, are owned by or licensed to us.
  • Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
